📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All ALEGRIA LATIN VIBES products are made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipment.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 8–10 business days

  • United States & Puerto Rico: 8–10 business days

  • Mexico, Colombia, Brazil & Argentina: 8–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to:

  • European countries

  • United States

  • Puerto Rico

  • Mexico

  • Colombia

  • Brazil

  • Argentina

We're continuously working to expand our shipping destinations.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this number to follow your package directly through the carrier's tracking system.

If you haven't received tracking information within a few days of ordering, feel free to contact us.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may apply.

These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Are your products good quality?

Absolutely.

We carefully select premium garments and trusted production partners to ensure excellent print quality, comfort, and durability.

Our goal is to create apparel inspired by Latin culture, music, and lifestyle that you'll be proud to wear again and again.

Are the products embroidered or printed?

Depending on the design, products may feature:

  • Premium embroidery

  • High-quality DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing

  • A combination of both techniques

Product descriptions specify the decoration method whenever applicable.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to accurately represent colors and product details.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen settings

  • Lighting conditions

  • Fabric characteristics

  • Printing and embroidery processes

These small variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

How do I choose the right size?

We strongly recommend checking the Size Guide before placing an order.

Since our products are made to order, selecting the correct size is important.

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

If you're unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Because every item is produced specifically for you after purchase, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Accidental purchases

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Will I receive a replacement or a refund?

Our priority is to replace defective or incorrect items whenever possible.

If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, a partial or full refund may be issued.

Each case is reviewed individually.

Can I exchange my item for another size?

Size exchange requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.

Because products are made to order, we strongly encourage customers to review sizing charts before purchasing.
